Blank Login Screen

I have some users that use OpenVPN for windows using the latest client. Sometimes I see an issue when we try to login where the username and password fields do not show at all. All I will see on screen is the title of the Window "OpenVPN Connect" and an empty white window under that.

Hey, do you connect to the commercial solution of OpenVPN or you are using the community version as your VPN server?
