Connect OpenVpn 2.0 config file in my Android App

Hello, I want to connect OpenVpn 2.0 config file in flutter / android Kotlin but i face an error regarding cipher. Whenever i connect this file in OpenVpn for Android app = https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... l=en&gl=US, i need to set compact mode 2.3.0 or 2.4.0 while importing otherwise it gives me a cipher error. how i change my config file so that i can able to connect openvpn 2.0 config file.
