OpenVPN 2.60 and office Private Network

Thank you for reading this.

I have installed OpenVPN 2.60 to our server. I have been reading and I am stuck. I have done the following

I have a public IP address on my server, for this example, I will say it is 44.444.44.4.

I can access my OpenVPN server from my OpenVPN client at home. I can see the 44.444.44.4 network, however, from my client, at home, I would like to see our local in office Private Network of 192.168.1.111. I am not sure how to do that?
