Unable to install openvpn3

Good morning,

I am unable to install openvpn3 on my desktop - OS: Linux Mint21.1

Here is the error I get:

 openvpn3 : Depends: libjsoncpp1 (>= 1.7.4) but it is not installable
            Depends: libprotobuf17 but it is not installable
            Depends: libssl1.1 (>= 1.1.1) but it is not installable
            Depends: libtinyxml2-6a (>= 6.0.0) but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
What can I do to fix this?
