Accessing Local Network via OpenVPN Cloud

Hello,

I have a host and network set up on two windows 10 machines and I am trying to access one of my domains that can only be accessed locally on my home network via the VPN but it does not seem to work

I can also see the VPN has the default 100.100.x.x. how can one change that so I can access my local network via the cloud service
