IPP.txt file problem

Hi,
i have problem with my ipp.txt file when i add a new client client,172.28.240.8 save the file and reload openvpn server the new add line is deleted from file ipp.txt.
In my config file i got the line ifconfig-pool-persist ipp.txt

See --ifconfig-pool-persist in the manual.
