Hello,
followlng the tutorial at https://openvpn.net/vpn-server-resource ... emon-mode/ when trying to specify a config file I receive the following message:
specified file has to have .ovpn extension
I checked the path many times and tried with %ProgramFiles% as well as clear name and of course the file is .ovpn and can be used to connect successfully.
Are there any hints on this?
specified file has to have .ovpn extension

Re: specified file has to have .ovpn extension
Maybe the file actually has a hidden '.txt' file extension

Its name is *.ovpn and I can use it as such and connect. How could it be a *.txt-file?

Re: specified file has to have .ovpn extension
Stupid me. I didn't have to use the full path as described but only the file name as ovpnconnector.exe is in the same directory as the .ovpn. Maybe one could add this to the tutorial as this is probably not such a rare happening?
