How To See What Vulnerabilities Are Patched in Client Versions

I am currently running an AWS Client Endpoint VPN. Overnight they sent a notification email stating that the latest version of their Client addresses two vulnerabilities. [1]

I currently use OpenVPN Client GUI v11.26.0.0 and have distributed this to my Team for them to use (all Windows).

Here is my question: Is there a place I can go to see if OpenVPN Client GUI v11.26.0.0 is patched for these vulnerabilities?
