one certificate two servers

There is the way to use the same certificate (ca.crt ta.key) on two different servers? If yes, how?

Is it sufficient to copy the keys from one server to another?

yes this is possible; simply copy the crt.crt, ta.key and server.{crt,key} files to the second server.
