1 Client can no longer connect to OpenVPN

Good day,
1 client on my network can no longer connect to OpenVPN. This client had previously been working with VPN for 2 weeks without any problems. Now the OpenVPN says that this one is connected, but it does not connect to the company network. The client gets assigned a normal IPv4 address from the VPN address range.
Unfortunately the LOG does not give any error message. The client was also tried from other locations/networks. Even on the company network, no connection is established via VPN. The computer has Kaspersky installed as antivirus, Kaspersky and Windows antivirus was disabled during troubleshooting. Also a new or a configuration that works from the other client has been tried here.

Does anyone have any ideas here?
