Mac user total newbie to set up VPN in my company website

So, I am rolling my eyes being in the "admin" section while still in diapers.
Briefly, I am 65 and never used anything but Macs, so I am used to everything being done for me, but have configured a router (sort of) taken apart computers and iphones, even built cars. I am a brain scientist (which likely makes me think I know enough to really screw things up.)

I need to set up a VPN inside my company's website hosted on ipage.com

These will be used by two to 5 clients mostly using Mac, but one does have Windows 7.

Is there a tutorial (one preferably on youtube with all the sets and very little editorial? sorry but I find youtube when the kid is 12 is going to talk about Zack and how his mom... for 7 minutes of a 12 minute video and leave out 3 critical steps.) So I know what VPNs are, just need someone to show a total Mac user how to set one up inside my own company website, so I am guessing this means I get a static IP, but I have not a clue how to start.

Recap: Newbie Mac user
Need VPN inside ipage website we own
2-5 clients mostly Mac one Windows we know of.
Macs are running 10.6.8 (cannot upgrade) and 10.10.5 (also cannot upgrade)
Windows is 7.

Sorry for the length. Thanks in advance.
