Handshake error while using OpenVPN to connect to Synology Server

I am working for a small business and we have a server with Synology.

We setup a VPN server so that our employees are able to connect to the server remotely. However, what we've found is that while everyone is using the same OpenVPN version as well as the same .ovpn file, some of our employees are able to connect to the server remotely while some others are met with the TLS Handshake error.

What should I do?
