Cannot ping Clients from LAN

Hello this is my first post.

I have installed OpenVPN server on Ubuntu.
My LAN is 192.168.0.X on which there are few Ubuntu PC's and the VPN server as well.
VPN server gives the clients a 10.8.0.X IP.
I can ping/ssh client to client.
I can ping/ssh client to VPN server.
I can ping/ssh VPN server to client.
I can ping/ssh client to other Ubuntu PCs on the 192.168.0.X network.
But...
I Cannot ping/ssh from Ubuntu PC's on the 192.168.0.X network to the client on 10.8.0.X.
