OpenVPN GUI Windows 10 problem connect with some IP addresses

I installed OpenVPN GUI on Windows 10 and imported the configuration file.
The program work, but it is not possible connect the IP address 192.168.1.2, while I have no problem with other IP.
In the local network of the PC where I have installed OPENVPN GUI and also in the local network where I connect, the router has the same IP address 192.168.1.1.
With OpenVPN active and connected, if I type 192.168.1.1, appears the page of the router of the local network where I have installed OPENVPN GUI and not the page of the router of the network to which I connect.
Using OPENVPN Connect on Iphone and Ipad instead and I don't have these problems.
Am I wrong in the settings?
Can you help me?
Thank you

If I try to connect IP 192.168.1.2 with cmd, I connect correctly, but not work with OpenVPN active

They are the worse possible choices for your network.

Because they are in use everywhere by practically everybody that does not understand such things.
