Need some advice for redirecting voip from openvpn to bt router

I'm new to all this and was wondering if someone can help.
I have a VPN in the cloud and I use openvpn to access it.
Now is there a way I can stop VoIP traffic going through the VPN and instead go to my bt router instead?
I just want it so I don't have to keep putting so much traffic through the VPN and the calls are all buffering etc.
Any help would be great.
