I've got a server set up as a VM on a vmware host which worked just fine.
I had to migrate that VM to a more powerful vmware host and since doing that, clients can no longer connect.
On the client, I see the following error.
Tue Oct 16 14:46:21 2018 TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity)
Tue Oct 16 14:46:21 2018 TLS Error: TLS handshake failed
I can't find any logged errors on the server and am wondering if the problem is related to the MAC having changed because of the hardware move.
[Solved] Can changed server MAC stop services?

Changed MAC has no effect on openvpn.

Thanks for this information.
I think I may have found the problem. The NICs got reversed when the VM was moved to the new host.
