Tap error and this one

I am running into a couple of errors. They may be related. Here are a couple of the logs. If anyone could help I would really appreciate it! I am pretty new at this.

Use the openvpn-gui, which manages privileges correctly.

You are probably already running openvpn on this config and you tried to start it again.
