Got interesting situation here!

openpvn working fine..vpn connects fine!

but i can't ssh or connect to servers on the network behind the openvpn server sides, unless I ping them first!

What could cause this?

I saw a post about dhcp server issue! but servers on the inside lan we have need to connect have static IPs.
