OpenVPN port forward

Hello,

I want set up a VPN connection to my Win7 server. Problem is, my ISP can´t give me a public IP. He has his own public IP and he can give me his IP and some port. He want´s to know which ports I need forward to my router.

Hope you can understand me. Sorry for my bad english.

You don't need to forward ports if you set up OpenVPN server properly.
Actually, you didn't need also static IP - dynamic IP with noip.com account will do.

So it means my ISP can´t set up anything? So if I set up his public IP _ 1194 it should work? Because between his router and my server is another one router.
