New Opevpn server please help

Hello i just setup a new openvpn server. The openvpn server is in a lan at my company's network .192.168.0.X.
My openvpn server ip is 10.8.0.X. I edit the vpn server file added the command push "route 192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0"
i also add client-client command

i successfully connect to the server from outside. My problem is can remote connect only on server ip locally 192.168.0.19= 10.8.0.1 .
I want to be able to connect to all locally pc's addresses 192.168.0.X . What should i do? thank you

Ps i bridge the tap interface with the machine ethernet but it didn't work so i disable the bridge

i also add client-client command (as far as i red client to client) is fot the opposite that i need.

i successfully connect to the server from outside. My problem is can remote connect only on VPN server( 192.168.0.19 ot 10.8.0.1), i cant connect eg to my other lan servers eg 192.168.0.100 or 192.168.0.200
I want to be able to connect to all locally pc's addresses 192.168.0.X . What should i do? thank you

i made a static route rule on my router , 10.8.0.0 255.255.255.0 and 192.168.0.19 (my vpn server ip) , seems to work.

every time i enable the push command,vpn works but ms is unstable. Without push route 192.168.0.0 vpn is stable. What should i look please?
