Connection Issue

I am having trouble getting the client to connect please see logs below and let me know what i am doing wrong. I have an ASUS RT-AC66U router and have copied the .ovpn config file to the directory but receive the following error when I try to connect. I am running Windows 10. I am not very knowledgeable with this so any help is greatly appreciated.

I also receive an error when I restart saying Interactive services isnt installed so if i need admin services they may not work or something like that
