OpenVPN client hangs at Need hold release from management interface, waiting...

After I returned from holidays, my OpenVPN client won't connect anymore. It hangs after writing "Need hold release from management interface, waiting..." in the log and nothing happens.

I am on Windows, and searching for a solution I uninstalled and installed different versions, and I'm now on the 2.4.9 one.

I would appreciate any help!

Never mind. The issue is resolved!

I just restarted my computer and it's connecting again. Must have been the restart that was missing after reinstalling the client.

Thanks anyway for providing such great support on this site!
