Hi
I'm looking to update openvpn client on a windows system using intune (to 2.5.3).
So far, I've been working with a msi (line of business app) with a quiet install option.
This works fine and updates the existing version.
However, now the gui has also been installed and this was not the case with the previous version.
I'm trying to use the parameter "/qn /SELECT_OPENVPNGUI=0" but it still installs the gui.
Any ideas?
Openvpn upgrade with intune

Re: Openvpn Intune
You are not using OpenVPN-Connect, you are using OpenVPN 2.5.3. They are not the same.

My bad, I did read "windows" and made a fast assumption.

Yeah .. it is an easy mistake to make ..
Sorry, I am out-of-touch with Windblows installer ..
I believe the older .exe version is still available somewhere.
It would be here http://build.openvpn.net/downloads/releases/ but it is not ..
You can still build it yourself .. if you have the bones for it.
