Windows 7, Bridged Gateway

Post by Robert_B » Wed Aug 01, 2018 9:01 pm

I am hoping this is possible and its just a windows setup problem, but im lost.

We have a Central Cloud OpenVPN Server, with for this case 3 Users.
Configured OSI Layer 3

Remote Support Location A (VPN Address DHCP)
Site PC Location B (VPN Address DHCP)
Site PC Location C (VPN Address DHCP)

Both Site Machines have Dual NIC's (LAN & WAN)
Both SIte Machines have Multiple devices connected to the LAN NIC. These devices do not directly support Open VPN

I have bridged the VPN NIC and LAN NIC in the attempt that the Local NIC Devices will Obtain a VPN DHCP address and be visible to the Remote support location A

Both Site Machines Location B & Location C are Accessible from Location A.
All configuration on the server is done via the Web Gui.

I cant really switch to OSI Layer 2 as we have 3 other systems that operate on different IP Ranges.

Any Help would be good, How do i get the VPNServer DCHP onto my Local Lan devices.
