openvpn-install-2.4.5-I601.exe certificate

openvpn-install-2.4.5-I601.exe appears to be signed with certificate other than the Security Mailing List cert as specified on the download page.

Solved. I was wrong. It appears to be signed with a subkey and my software was not picking up the subkey.
