cannot ping VPN server ethernet ip

Dear Frens,i'm new to openvpn.I have a redhat openvpn server with ethernet interface bonded and ip 192.168.1.2/32 (lets say).It os connected to a firewall in n/w 192.168.1.0/32.I have a client say 192.168.2.23/24 connected to firewall(192.168.2.1) with n/w addr. 192.168.2.0/24.when i connect to vpn server, it gets connected and ip is 10.8.0.2amd seerver's ip is 10.8.0.2.I can ping from vpn client to vpn server ii.e 10.8.0.1 but cannot ping 192.168.2.23/24.Iptables are disabled.IP forwarding is enabled.Why icannot ping from client to vpn serve bond0 ip.Is problem because of combing two interface to 1 interface i.e bond0?Guys Plz help me !!!

sorry vpn server is 192.168.1.2/30 and firewall interface ip is 192.168.1.1/30.
