Is it possible to do a straight bridge VPN, and run everything off of the existing ethernet adapter in a windows box?
I am asking because I am looking at setting something up for a client where the openvpn service runs on there office PC, and from there we can remotely access there subnet(small subnet, about 20 devices). I would like to avoid having to setup bridging in windows, and all the other network devices point to the router for internet connectivity, and would rather not have to route all traffic through the PC by setting it as the default gateway.
Bridging without tun or TAP adapter?

Re: Bridging without tun or TAP adapter?
you need a virtual network device for openvpn
this does not require making it a gateway
There must be 1 machine in the lan running openvpn with either a tun or tap device
