OpenVPN tries to start before WiFi up, so no IP available

Ubuntu 10.04, OpenVPN 2.1.0.

I installed this via the HowTo I found online. It was very straight forward and works fine. It looks like the startup scripts are S16openvpn, so not starting at the end (S99). My problem though is that Ubuntu starts up and attempts to start OpenVPN. OpenVPN complains that the IP is not there, so it cannot bind. This is absolutely true. Ubuntu then auto logs in. When that occurs my keyring is loaded and WiFi comes up, connects to my net, then the IP is available.

I really wish that WiFi would load independant of the user having to login. I wish it would come online during start up and any user who logs in would have the network already up. But I guess that isnt how Ubuntu works. So how can I fix this? Is there some trick that everyone has come up with? Do I need to put a long 'sleep' in the openvpn script, would that even work? Whats the best solution? Thanks!!

Personally, I would look for another way to start it. This is an ubuntu question, not an OpenVPN question.
