Connecting to OpenVPN 2.5.3 server slows down the Internet bandwith

I am running OpenVPN 2.5.3 server on CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core).

When users connect to OpenVPN server using OpenVPN Client (https://openvpn.net/community-downloads/) and then they connect to https://meet.google.com/ VPN slows down considerably. There will be network disconnect and cannot hear the voice of the other person who is in the call. There are around 70 VPN Client users who connect to office VPN. Anything to be tweaked from the server.conf file? My Office ISP Bandwidth is 50 Mbps. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

I doubt that your server even knows your current time...
