Is it possible to listening to IPv6 address and send data to IPv4 address?

Hi, I have a dual-stack VPS, I want to know if it's possible to let the OpenVPN server to listening to a public IPv6 address (inbounds) and send all the data to the IPv4 address (outbounds)? (I am trying to run an IPv6 only system, and I need a VPN and an IPv4 address)

No.

It might be possible with some sort 6-to-4 broker but that sounds horrifying!

You can run more than one openvpn at the same time.
