openvpn server can ping subnet behind client but cannot ssh into

I've found a problem about openvpn.
my network topology is:
there is a openvpn server in the cloud. In my housek there is a openvpn client router. A PC is connected to the openvpn client router.
basically openvpn server(10.8.0.1) can ping my PC's address(192.168.2.3), but if I want to ssh into the PC, failed.
I'm sure that sshd is running.
it seems that the route is ok, because I can ping this pc from the cloud, but why I cannot access by ssh?
Which great god can help me？

ping not mean correct route , you need traceroute to client to see how route going from your computer to target computer , maybe firewall somewhere to stop it.
