Redirect traffic of forwarded ports from open vpn server into a vpn client

Hello
Ive managed to setup an open vpn server (fedora with ip 192.168.1.78 and several ports forwarded)
My VPN client (192.168.100.2) is under a cg-nat. It succesfully connects to my Fedora open vpn server and it gets ip 10.8.0.2

I would like to know If is possible to accomplish the following:

1. Redirect all traffic of the forwarded ports (except 1194) into my fedora open vpn server to my vpn client (maybe with ip tables Please give me advice if I'm right)

2. Allow any client to connect to openvpn freely (with no need of creating users)

Thank you in advance
