I cant connect to vpn outside of local network

I cant connect to vpn outside of local network

If i change my internet from local network to something else i cant connect to my vpn. Theres no point in vpn that is stuck in local network so i have come to ask help. I have done portforwarding to port 443 and i have allowed my firewall to open port 443. Could this problem be that i use google wifi
