Windows7 Firewall

Hello,
I've been using OpenVPN since nearly 4 years, I had my Windowsfirewall configured like:

3 Weeks ago i couldn't load anything. I found out, that if I turn Windowsfirewall off I could load again.
Did something change in Windows 7? Can you help me please get my OpenVPN work with Windowsfirewall on?

I'm running OpenVPN as a Service and this is my config:
