Connectivity for only about 10 seconds on one subnet

Setup:
Server (Oxygen VDSL router) VPN IP 10.8.2.0 / LAN IP 10.10.11.1
Client1 windows 10 PC, VPN IP (Auto -DHCP) / LAN IP 192.168.10.10, Gateway TP LINK TD 8980 IP 192.168.10.1
Client2 windows 7 PC, VPN IP (Auto-DHCP) / LAN IP 192.168.1.2, Gateway TP Link TD 8980, IP 192.168.1.1
Client3 windows 10 PC, VPN IP (AUto-DHCP) / LAN IP 192.168.20.145, gateway TP Link TD 8980. IP 192.168.20.254

The scripts for connection are automatically generated from Oxygen gateway.
client1 subnet, client2 subnet and the devices behind the Server can talk to each other with no restrictions
But client 3 devices cannot. The firewall is off on all PCs
The strange is that if I deactivate the VPN Service and reactivate it again, I get connectivity for about 10 seconds. I can ping device 10.10.11.1 from the client3 PC (192.168.20.145). After these 10 seconds I lose it. Can anybody point me to something that I have missed?
All static routes are correct

Logs of the client do not show anything spaecial. I 'll check the log files on the server. The problem is that VPN runs as a servi e on this gateway and I cannot access the file system. It offers as a choice to save the log files on USB stck. I will try this and see if I can access the log file

I can see that it is a very common problem to many users, but I cannot find any solution

The strange is that if you google this problem you will find many users with the same problem but no solution. Maybe it is a "not found till now" bug

Yes it does. But it does not let you edit the VPN config file. The same server configuration file works for the two out of three clients that connect to this server. The third one does not. The configuration files for the clients are automatically generated from Oxygen router. I folowed the same procceedure for all three clients. I find it very strange

I start to suspect that there must be a problem of the router (TP-link) on the client side

I do not claim that I am an expert on openVPN or even an advanced user. Untill now I have managed to build a network based on 4 subnets that worked fine, using 4PCs as VPN server and clients. I did it by studying the "Howto" (and not asking many questions on this forum) . The reason that I had to make changes to this setup, is because my ISP has changed my ISDN VDSL modem/router to this device (oxygen) and I cannot use another one. All the other clients work OK except this one.
I am surprised by your attitude which I believe I do not deserve.
So, if you think you found something wrong that I can fix please tell me. On the other hand, if you think that I do not deserve help because I am an ignorant and useless openVPN user, just do not reply any more. There is no need to be rude. Just add a title to your forum profile that you help only advanced users.... Have a nice day

We do not support this device and you cannot manage it .. so do not use it.

There is always an alternative ..
