VPN client authentication with Device signature

Hello,

I am new to this forum. I have an openvpn server installed. Currently vpn client are connected from all devices.

What i want to add a security feature that incase my VPN client misplace so that no one can misuse that client. Is there any possibility that client only connect from specific system. Some kind of device signature authentication??

Note: (I know about Certificate revocation) Plz guide solution if anyone know.

The most effective way is to secure the cert/key with a password so that only the real user can open them and connect.

Password has already been applied. But my question is if my private key is stolen so the intruder can not connect it from their own system. So that client will only be connected through my system.
