OpenVPN Route By DNS

Hi, We have central openvpn server which connected to multiple different site
Each site has same network infrastructure and connected to central openvpn server ( site-to-site ),
For simplicity it only consist of dns server and a server ( see image )

Now Is it possible for client 10.10.10.5 to gain access to each srv in each site ( srv.site-a.net, srv.site-b.net, srv.site-c.net ) which is have same ip and subnet but different route ?
