LAN Routing with several Clients

I am in need of help asap. We are attempting to set up openVPN as a way into our devices, in the particular case it is cameras. The network We have a cellular router with 2 cameras behind them thta we need access to. I essentially need to make a route for each camera to go from any client no matter there ip address to this client. Is this possible? My understanding is that each of the Clients has to have a different LAN Subnet?
