Unable to create an account on OpenVPN

Hi. I've been trying for two days now and I am unable to create an account on openvpn.net (https://myaccount.openvpn.com/signup). I fill in my details and the spinner goes for about 30secs and then a message flashes up to say it couldn't create the account and I need to contact support. Contacted support but haven't had any response yet.

Sorry to hear that. I tried to look up by your email address from the forums in our support ticket system, but I was not able to find a ticket in our support ticket system. Maybe it was sent in without email address in which case it's hard to reply to it. Or with another email address that I don't see here. If you still have a problem with this, can you try https://openvpn.net/contact again and this time adding your email address so I can look it up and reply there properly?
