No way to put in a ticket with support.

No way to put in a ticket with support. When I am inside OpenVPN Cloud and I click on Support it takes me to Access Server Portal License Keys. In the other post in this forum you give this link to put in a ticket: https://openvpn.net/support That redirects to https://myaccount.openvpn.com/login?ret ... center.php. Where it asks me to login. After I do, I am taken back to the OpenVPN Cloud dashboard.

is there an email address I can use to submit a support ticket to OpenVPN Cloud?

That's unusual, I've just tested on my own personal account on cloud and access to the support ticket works just as expected. I don't end up at the Access Server portal at all - I just get to the support ticket system. I'll pass your complaint on to people in the company to see if there is any possible way we can reproduce that problem here, but, at the moment it is rather puzzling that you would end up there. Currently we don't see the problem here.

I would have indeed recommended to go to https://openvpn.net/support - that leads to the support ticket system. But if you're saying that also doesn't work for you... I think there might be something weird going on with your browser or your account that we have to try to find a solution to.

If none of these options work for you then I'm a bit at a loss of how to get you to access support. Both options - from the Cloud panel and directly through the site - should just have worked. What we need now is to know more about your account, but this forum is a public place that is not suitable for exchanging contact details.

I suggest you go to https://openvpn.net/contact/ and submit a message under the 'General Information' header and leave your details including email address there. You can refer to this forum post. We can then engage there and start the support process, and take a look at why you're having trouble reaching support. All seems to be operational and working well here... but we'll take a look once we have your details. Don't worry, we'll figure this out somehow.
