AWS Option: "auth-federate"

Post by RNHurt » Wed Jun 23, 2021 10:02 am

We're using the AWS VPN Client to access our AWS resources using SSO. It appears as if AWS is using a non-standard option "auth-federate" to enable SSO in their system. Are there any plans to adopt this option? How can I request that this be added to OpenVPN Connect? Is there another option that I could use instead of "auth-federate"?

Thanx!
Richard

Hello Richard,

No, there are no plans to adopt this. We have SSO already in OpenVPN2 and OpenVPN3. This is Amazon's own fork that this auth-federate option is in.

Kind regards,
Johan

Do you have any plug in for it for AMAZON AL2 ?
