reading pin of PKCS#11 physical tokens from a file

does anybody knows which parameter I should set in my client config which results in reading automatically the password of PKCS#11 physical tokens???
OpenVPN connects reads the certificates from the hardware token but it always asks for the password of the token. because I want to run OpenVPN as a service in windows, I want OpenVPN to read the pin of hardware token automatically from a file or any other sources.
does anybody has a solution for this problem???
