IPv6 available with iOS but not with macOS

I use an Swedish VPN provider and in iOS 13 / iPadOS 13 I use the OpenVPN Connect app and I have access to IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. Using the same openVPN configuration files on macOS Catalina (but also previously in Mojave) with the following apps: Tunnelblick, ShimoVPN, Viscosity and now OpenVPN Connect for Mac (v3.1 beta) I get only IPv4 addresses. Maybe a hint how to solve this, please?

P.S. WireGuard do not have such problem, but I want to use OpenVPN only.

Thank you for the link, I had a look into. In the help is mentioned verb 4, but in my log this not appear only verb 3.

Those instruction for me as simple user are too techie. No idea what verb 4 is, just as one example and the TinCanTech start his critics on idiot user who cannot fallow his valued advice. What a sht rides here...
