OpenVPN not working since iOS 11.3.1 updated

same server config
same network info
same CA

right after iOS 11.3.1 upgrade, it doesn't work anymore
it's seem like it can reach the server, but failed to connect

found some other openvpn user had the same problem ...
anyone with the same case here?

Are you using UDP or TCP?
