OpenVPN 1.2.6 Not Working with Proxy Automatic Config PAC Files and PROXY_AUTO_CONFIG_URL

After updating to v1.2.6 and installing .ovpn12 client certificates, I have a working OpenVPN back.

But the client network isn’t using the PAC setting from PROXY_AUTO_CONFIG_URL.

This all worked correctly prior to the recent build discussed here—it appears that this is an issue with the latest versions of the OpenVPN iSO app.

The OpenVPN server configuration pushes this DHCP option, and this is seen in the OpenVPN iOS app logs, and the browser can view the PAC file at http://proxy.domainname.private/proxy.pac.

However, this bug has been reported here https://community.openvpn.net/openvpn/ticket/992 and a fix will be shipped with the next release.
