deleted certificates still appear in OpenVPN app

Hi,

I successfully setup an OpenVPN connection from my iPhone 7 (IOS 10) to a Synology box (DSM 6.0.2-8451 Update 6). To do so I had to export the Synology boxes certificate and import it on my iPhone 7. Worked fine.

Next, I tried to do the same thing with a second Synology box but have been unsuccessful. So, I wondered if the two Synology certificates were in some sort of conflict. So, I deleted both from my iPhone to start over. They still showed up as available in the OpenVPN app so I deleted the app and started over. After a fresh install of OpenVPN on my iPhone they are STILL there.

How completely remove certificates from OpenVPN app on iPhone?
