Hi,
In the past we have been able to setup openVPN where the one file works for all users on the device/computer.
It apprears now that this is not the case and each user requires the config file to uploaded onto their OpenVPN connect.
Is there a way that it can be computer based and not user based?
Thanks
Computer based OpenVPN instead of User based

Hello,
You can use a server-locked profile for that. The Access Server can provide this. It can be downloaded from the web interface.
Kind regards,
Johan

Thanks would we have to use the Access Server instead of untangle to create the file?

Hello dec19,
Only OpenVPN Access Server has the concept of server-locked profiles. Although technically if you have sufficient control over untangle's OpenVPN implementation maybe you can duplicate this type of behavior there too, but that's too technical for me to provide the instructions to here.
Kind regards,
Johan
