Well, a short question... leaves room for answers.
To get those you are most kindly advised to provide some information e.g. taking the questions below as a hint.
So you are running a server or a client on android?
If you run a client with your android it would be helpful to know which client.
Assuming you run definitivly a client it would be more than interesting to which server you want to tunnel.
What kind of credentials have you got from said server?
Or is it just the other way round?
