Hi, i dont know if this is the right place to my question, if is not, sorry .

ok My question is, can i use a http, https o socks 5 proxy in a open vpn conection inside of my android cellphone?

i mean use a proxy but with the open vpn encriptacion (ssl or tls) inside of my phone or even in my windows pc, and the most important thing is that all the apks inside of the cellphone pass for that open vpn conection. (with the proxys ip)
