Icon being moved to different screen

I had 6 users call in where their OPNVPN Icon was no longer on the front screen after it was updated on the google play store. Thinking that their phone had an issue because "Icons were missing" They went through and uninstalled and re-installed the OPENVPN

After I loaded up a s8 I found that the OPENVPN Icon moves to the very last screen when updated. I found this happening on a S8 and S6. This is not an issue so much for me, but users that use this and do not understand this are confused and will uninstall and re-install because the Icon has been erroneously moved

Mine didn't go to any screen after updating, like what happens many times with a "new" app. I had to restore it from the Apps Drawer.
